For the past week and a half, I was a general assistant for the Certified Master Chef exam. As much as I would have love to apprentice (students who work side by side with candidates, think Mario Batali-Anne Burrell relationship in Iron Chef America), I too had my own assignment in taking pictures and writing a paper for La Papillote. In addition, I couldn’t find myself giving up two of my other classes which are extremely important to not fall behind on.
Either way, I had a really great experience and that’s what counts.
