I want to be honest with myself here.  Lately, I’ve been swamped with finals and academics.  I haven’t kept up with my blog as diligently as I should have and a part of me apologizes for that.  Project 365 resumes now from where I left off as I have done in the past: staggered and inconsistent.  At this point of the game, it should be about the quality that I put out and not the quantity.  I figured, if I play the game, I play it under my own terms.

I am also done with finals, which means that I am moving to my next semester.  I am one step closer to graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree at the  Culinary Institute of America, and by the grace of God, become a Manager in Training here after.  

But right now, focusing on moving my blogging real estate, as well as other photography and self-wellness projects.  So, stay tuned.
